Polls are open 8am-8pm on Election Day.
Have your ID ready when you cast your ballot
Voter ID is required in Nebraska.
Your ID must have your photo and name.
Your ID CAN be expired.
Your ID CAN have an out of date address.

Election Day
November 3rd
Vote in-person at your polling place or the Douglas County Election Commission.
Must have your ID to vote.
Polls open: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Early In-Person Voting
October 5th - November 2nd
Early in-person voting at the Douglas County Election Commission.
Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5pm
Extended Hours:
Tuesday, October 20: 8:30am–6pm
Thursday, October 22: 8:30am–6pm
Friday, October 23: 8:30am–6pm
Saturday, October 24: 9am–1pm
Tuesday, October 27: 8:30am–6pm
Thursday, October 29: 8:30am–6pm
Saturday, October 31: 9am–1pm
Mail-in Voting
Apply by October 23rd
Print and fill out the early voting form or use a blank piece of paper to fill out your information.
Remeber to sign your return envelope.
October 23: Send a picture of your completed form to early.voting@douglascounty-ne.gov by 6pm.
October 27: Recommended last day to return early voting ballot by mail via US Postal Service.
November 3: Deadline to return early voting ballot to election commission office or drop box location by 8pm.
